Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we can offer a one time exchange for another product by issuing store credit.
All items must be returned in unused condition and original packaging within 5 days of receipt. If there is no protective seal or missing packaging where we are unable to resell the product, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Shipping fee of $16.95 will be deducted from the total refund regardless if that was charged to the invoice at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for return costs. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
All returns and exchange are assessed on a case by case basis and we will offer you a solution according to your case. Please note we hold the full discerption of returns and exchanges.
How do I return an item?
How long does it take for processing after I return an item?
- Exchange: if the resolution is to exchange for another item, we will arrange the reshipment within 24-48 hours as soon as your return is received and processed.
- Store credit: if the resolution is to issue a store credit, we will provide you with details within 12 hours. There is generally no expiration date for store credits
- Refunds: if the resolution is to issue a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours. Please note that while our refund to you is immediate, it may take several business days to reflect it on your side and this length of time depends on the payment method you used for your order.
