We are able to ship directly to the following countries:

    Order Processing 

    Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders. 

    Order Status

    Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Fulfillment Email from us. This email means we have started working on your order. It will also include your tracking number and a link to check order status.  You can also go to your account page to check order status.

    Shipping Charges

    Due to the epidemic, logistics cost has increased significantly. In order to ensure a good shopping experience for our customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $60 USD. A shipping fee of $16.95 USD is applicable to orders under $60 USD.

    Shipping Time

    Our standard shipping time is 10-18 business days. Some countries may be faster and some may be slower. Please note that we do not have control over the delivery company or the speedy of delivery. 

    Shipping Address

    We will only ship parcels based on the address provided by you at the time of ordering. If there’s a change of address while the parcel is in transit, you are responsible to contact the shipping company to re-route the parcel to the new address.

    If you have provided an incorrect address at the time of ordering, you are responsible to advise us as soon as possible. If we have already shipped out the parcel, you are responsible to contact the shipping company to provide the correct address. We will assist you in resolving parcel delivery but will not be liable for mistakes that were not made by  AiMeré Luxury Collection. 

    Shipping Delays

    Due to the current Covid-19, you may experience short delivery delays, but please be assured that your order will still be sent to you as soon as possible. If there has been a significant delays (more than 5 days with no movements), please contact us. Thank you for your patience.
