Welcome to AiMeré Luxury Collection. We're excited to have you as our customer. Please take a few minutes to read through our terms of service before making a purchase.
We will only ship parcels based on the address provided by you at the time of ordering. If there’s a change of address while the parcel is in transit, you are responsible to contact the shipping company to re-route the parcel to the new address.
If you have provided an incorrect address at the time of ordering, you are responsible to advise us as soon as possible. If we have already shipped out the parcel, you are responsible to contact the shipping company to provide the correct address. We will assist you in resolving parcel delivery but will not be liable for mistakes that were not made by AiMeré Luxury Collection.
3. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we can offer a one time exchange for another product by issuing store credit.
All items must be returned in unused condition and original packaging within 5 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee. Shipping fee of $16.95 will be deducted from the total refund regardless if that was charged to the invoice at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for return costs. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
All returns and exchange are assessed on a case by case basis and we will offer you a solution according to your case. Please note we hold the full discerption of returns and exchanges.

4. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that every item will be exactly as pictured, as the color may vary depending on your screen or monitor. Please contact us if you have any questions about a product before making a purchase.

6. Parcel Delivery
AiMeré Luxury Collection cannot be held accountable for parcels delay or non-delivery for reasons beyond our control. Examples include but not limited to:
Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
